We want every visit to be a great experience. Please review our policies below.
Cancellations
At Marines UNIK SPA, we do our best to ensure all your needs are taken care of. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled time may incur an administrative fee, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to place you elsewhere.
Important: Deposits are non-refundable.
Delays
Please be considerate of our staff and other clients by arriving on time for each appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you find yourself running late, please let us know so we can minimize any disruption.
Payment
A deposit is required when booking certain treatments to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied to the cost of your service.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
